4.3 Withdrawals

- Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that match the name on your verified 888stars account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- 888stars reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed. This may include enhanced due diligence for high-value withdrawals.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

5.2 Welcome Bonus
New Players who register for the first time on 888stars and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and the closure of all related accounts.

8.3 Cap on Liability
